4. Report classroom progress to principal and vice principal

5. Encourage students to practice English outside of the classroom

Qualifications：

Bachelor's degree and certified English teaching qualification

Incredible interpersonal skills

Ability to create personalized lesson plans

Ability to keep records of student progress

Excellent organizational skills

Awareness of problems with students

Open minded to connect with students from all walks of life
