2.服从管理，遵纪守法，按时按质按量地完成所担任的教学工作。abide by school regulations and management, achieve the teaching goal as scheduled with high quality.
3.参加校内外各项英语活动。如英语日、英语活动课、英语竞赛，优质课评比等等。attend english activities held by school, such as english day, english outdoor activities, english petition and english class assessment.
4.参与学校培优活动、英语校本教材制定与修改工作。attend activities for advanced classes; assist the school to draft and revise teaching materials.
5.参加年级组的集体备课。attend the meeting with english teacher to make lesson plans collectively.
