Job Description
Position Information and Requirements:
- 5 working days per week (off during the weekdays)
- Class Size: 8-14 students (Ages: 3-18)
- Pre-made lesson plans and training curriculum
- Irregular working hours
- Working with an assistant of a Chinese teacher
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Bachelor's Degree
-TEFL or TESOL certificate
- Loving children and teaching
- Two years or more teaching experience will be preferred

Your Salary & Benefits and Package:
Benefits:
- Basic salary after probation is from RMB17000-28000 before tax (18hrs teaching a week without warning, any hours deemed by the EF Center as more than the standard academic schedule will be paid at a rate of CNY200 per hour)
- Airticket Reimbursement (no more than 6000, half paid after six months, half paid upon finishing contract)
- Free international health insurance (Aetna)
- 10 paid annual leave days plus at least 11 national holidays (1 Christmas Day included)
• Contract re-sign bonus of RMB2000
Training:
- A comprehensive induction period (2-months), including observations, co-teaching, and 1-1 sessions
- Career development. Opportunities to progress to Senior academic management roles
- Opportunities to take CertTESOL, DipTESOL and courses on grammar, lexis and phonology
- RMB4000 bursary for 2nd year teachers towards further teaching qualifications (diploma only)
- Professional training for new teachers, experienced teachers, senior teachers and director of studies
• Free Cambridge TKT certifications
Extras:
- Free Chinese-style accommodation (worth RMB1,800 per month), shared with one other teacher (If require single apartment, will need to pay for the rental difference) deposit paid by candidates.

- Free online Chinese lessons, with a free HSK examination (the national Chinese language test)
