Liupanshui Peiwen School of Peking University is a private K-12 school that aims to build an innovative learning environment for Chinese students. It is established by the joint efforts of Peking University, Liupanshui Zhongshan District Government and Yango Education Group

We’re looking for passionate, out-going, English speaking, English as a Second language (ESL) tutors. You’ll get to discover a new culture, inspire children to learn a new language, and grow and develop your own skills in ways you never dreamed.

Our Foreign ESL tutors

>Provide a highly engaging and effective English learning experience to G1-G9 students through the delivery of innovative and immersive Peiwen School educational content;

>Use immersive learning techniques such as storytelling, singing, dialogue and role-playing, in combination with formal exercises;

>Work 5 days per week, weekends off, less than 20 teaching hours, no compulsory office hours if there is no class or other tasks/activity arranged

>Measure progress and educational results;

>Build strong relationships with students and help them build international vision and habit of reading ,practicing, and exploring.
English Tutor Job Duties 」

-Teach conversational English, listening, speaking, Reading and Writing Courses;
-Teach children based on Peiwen curriculum through stories, songs, characters, and above all –
fun!

「 About Liupanshui Location 」

Welcome to Liupanshui, a summer resort city well known for its pleasant climate, a tourist city with clean air and friendly environment. As a second tier city in Guizhou Province, it’s economic status is much better than other cities in Guizhou as it’s GDP is second only to the provincial capital of Guiyang. Though small , public transportation is developed here with train station and airport. Moreover, churches are also available in the city.


Requirements
To qualify you’ll need the following:

>Completed bachelor degree or above;
>English language fluency in speaking, reading, and writing;
>Able to communicate with young learners where English is not their first language;
>A flexible “can do” attitude and flexible approach to working;
>Passion for working with young students;
>New graduate from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa acceptable(we can help with TEFL training and certificate)

-Basic Salary: 15,000-20,000 RMB / Month, based on experience, half salary during Summer and Winter holiday;
--Salary advance: 10,000 (available)
-6,000 RMB flight reimbursement;

-Mandarin Courses: 40 hours of free Chinese course training (Chinese Pinyin, daily life Chinese, online, regular classes. The class will be held 2 times a week and last 1 hour each time);
-Chinese cultural experience immersion tour: content is mainly about Confucian culture etiquette and Chinese classical wedding and folk custom. The activity will be held 1-2 times a year, each lasting 2 -3 days and is tentatively scheduled to be held in Nanjing(one of the most famous 7 historical cities in China) this year.
