Job Description
As the ESL Teacher -
You need to plan and teach ESL programs for children 4 ~ 12 years of age. This includes below key responsibilities:
1) Lesson Planinng:
- Prepare content/materials for each class conform to Program & Teaching Guide
- Design classroom activities of selected topics
- Use a variety of teaching strategies/materials/tools to implement light, joyful and effecive learning experience
2) Work with teaching assistant to assess and track student performance and progress regularly and keep effective communication with parents
3) Work with teaching assistant to create and maintain safe and supportive learning environment, and keep improving it

As the partner -
1) You need to keep a high level of program quality and keep improving it
2) Work together with BD & Marketing to promote the business

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above in relevant subject areas, such as Education, Literature, Children Psychology, etc.
- Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, at least 2 years work experience in education industry
- have TEFL/TESOL certificate
- Uncompromised integrity, has passion for teaching children

Skills and Experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Expert to create joyful but effective English learning experience
- Ability to analyse student data and promote student achievement
- Demonstrated experience in using a variety of English assessment techniques/tools

Compensation:
- Salary: RMB 15,000(not including bonus).
- Qualified candidate who is willing to have long-term career in our company, will be provided attractive stock options based performance after 1 year
