Job Description
From 7:30 to 11:30, Monday till Friday
From 14:00to 17:30, Monday till Friday
Meeting: From 12:30 to 14:00 on Thursday.
If there is any adjustment of working hours, the school will notify foreign teachers in advance as early as possible.
Maximum Teaching Work Load 20 classes per week, 30-45 minutes per class.
Fully and serious in preparation before class.
In addition to regular English courses, teachers can also use English to teach other courses, such as outdoor activity, mathematics, arts, Montessori or IB-PYP
Implement curriculum and design lessons. The teacher agrees and accepts to plan and arrange courses according to the course, syllabus or employer's arrangement, and to use the teaching materials specified by the employer.
Arrange homework to students and review, modify and evaluate the homework for students who submitted.
Regularly and systematically evaluate and supervise students' study by arranging necessary examinations (tests).
Organize and participate in students' indoor/outdoor classroom/physical activities (such as English corner, etc.).
Provide personalized assistance to students.
Participate in teacher meetings, training and seminars.
Teachers can have effective and positive communication and cooperation with other teachers in the class.
At the end of each semester, teachers need to prepare a semester presentation, to show and explain the teaching work of this semester and plan in the new semester.
i. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Education or the applied teaching position related.
ii. Registered teaching credentials, PGCE, CELTA, and DELTA are preferred.
iii. More than two years teaching experience are preferred.
iv. English Native speakers are preferred.
Full payment for winter and summer vacations
iii. Two-year employment contract bonus (4% of the total amount of full contract salary)
iv. Free shared apartment or Housing allowance of RMB 3,500-5,000
v. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights up to USD 2,000 (Beijing - home country)
vi. Reimbursement for relocation fee of maximum RMB 2,000
