Job description:
Grade Specific Requirements

Grade 1-3
1. To teach phonics and reading; using the provided textbook.
2. To prepare the syllabus and daily lesson plan;
3. To design and complete meaningful assessment and give valuable feedback to the
students in an appropriate amount of time. The assessment should follow the
Cambridge outcomes of Listening, Speaking, Writing and Use of Language.
4. To plan and check/ correct students homework and give feedback to students.
5 To attend department meetings;
6. To give students end of semester evaluation reports.

Requirements:
1. To have strong classroom management ability;
2. Be able to organize the class independently;
3. To have at least 2 year experience of teaching ESL;
4. To be patient and have a forgiving demeanour with the younger students.
5. To work in a team and contribute oneself to the team.



Grade 4-6 4-6 年级
1. To teach reading, phonics and grammar following the prescribed textbooks ;
2. To prepare the syllabus and daily lesson plan;
3. To design and complete meaningful assessment and give valuable feedback to the
students in an appropriate amount of time. The assessment should follow the
Cambridge outcomes of Listening, Speaking, Writing and Use of Language.
4. To plan and check/ correct students homework and give feedback to students.
5.To attend department meetings;
6. To plan, design and implement student’s end of semester evaluation.

Requirements:
1. To have strong classroom management ability;

2. Be able to organize the class independently;

3. To have at least 2 year experience of teaching ESL;

4. To be patient with the students and help them to develop good attitudes and habits.

5. To work in a team and contribute oneself to the team.
