Basic Info

1.Working Hours: Maximum 60 hours a month, 15 teaching hours per week which include classes, trainings& meetings (no office hours);
2.Class Size: maximum of 15 students per class;
3.Student Age: 6 to 16 years old;
4.Working days: Five days including weekends, 2 days off – one on the weekend and one on a weekday;

Job Descriptions

1.Teaching pre-teens and teens in Beijing;
2.Create an engaging and challenging learning environment;
3.Help students improve skill in areas such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking;
4.Teach with a curriculum based on National Geographic Learning series books for young learners;
5.Plan lessons and classroom activities;
6.Assist in school’s promotional events;

Requirements

1.Bachelor’ Degree or above;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.One year of relevant teaching experience preferred;
5.Professional, positive, energetic, friendly, and hard-working;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range: 17,000-23,000 RMB based on qualifications and experience;
2.Housing allowance included in the salary package;
3.Flight ticket allowance: 6,000 RMB per year;
4.Contract completion bonus: 4,000 RMB;
