Student Age: 4-5 years old
Subject or Position: Homeroom teacher
Full-time class attendance: staying in the same class all day
Working hours: 8:00-12:30, 2:30-5:30
Salary Range: 23-30K, all inclusive
Housing or housing allowance: included in the salary
Holiday, duration, and corresponding salary: Summer vacation 3 weeks, winter vacation 2-3 weeks, full salary
Flight ticket subsidy: one round-trip economy class ticket per year
Insurance type: Commercial insurance / Social insurance (choose one)

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to young learners within our unique bilingual and bicultural environment.
Foster a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and discovery.
Collaborate effectively with local teachers and other school staff to implement the curriculum and support student learning.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
Actively participate in school events, professional development opportunities, and staff meetings.
Contribute to the ongoing development and enrichment of the preschool program.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of IB teaching experience with young children is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of teaching experience in an international kindergarten setting. Candidates should possess a genuine passion for education, demonstrate a proactive and positive work ethic, and exhibit excellent teamwork skills. Strong communication skills, approachability, and patience are essential.
Nationality: Native English speaker.
