Position: ESL teachers for a public middle school, local students ( Grade , 6,7,8 students age 11-15)
Starting: March ASAP, 2021
Location: Line 4 West Yan'An Rd., Shanghai city PR.China

Job Description
We are searching native English teachers for a local public Middle school in Shanghai, prefer someone who really have passion for Education, both male and female are considered. You will need to prepare lesson plans, delivery English or subject classes in different ways such as project based learning and design thinking, teach not just language but also culture and way of thinking to motivate the students to inquire. You will have some freedom to design or create your lesson plan.
1.Monday to Friday schedule, no weekend work
2.Develop and implement highly engaging lessons based upon extensive content knowledge and understanding of student
3.Maximum 24 teaching hours per week
4.Work as a member of a school teacher in Chinese daily school

Requirements:
1. English native speaker preferred, or non-native speaker with English teaching experience
2.Bachelor or above degree in teaching area is required. TEFL, TESOL certificate at least 120 hours training also required.
3.Minimum 1 years teaching experience in given teaching area. For non-experience candidates with background in Education or relevant subject will be considered.
4.Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and commitment to the teaching profession.
5.Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
6.Be flexible, reliable and responsive to the needs of the organization.
7.Willing to commit to at least a full academic year. (12 months)

1.At least 1 year contract.
