ESL Teacher needed in a montessori academy

Job Descriptions:
1.Work closely with Teaching Assistants and teaching colleagues to consistently deliver high quality lessons to learners aged from 2-6 in our center.
2.Participate the teaching research，plan and prepare lessons matching our  center's high standards.
3.Teach up to 20 hours per week.
4.Communicate effectively with other staff and parents to deliver feedback about your students’ progress.
5.Complete centre administration tasks (attendance, test marking, cooperation, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
6.Participate in weekly mentoring and professional development workshop and training sessions.
7. Around 30mins for each class
 
Job Requirements：
1.Nationality of UK/USA/CAN/AU/NZ/IRL/ZAF preferred,but non-native teachers with native English level are also welcomed
2. Bachelor's degree or above in any field
3. No criminal record (candidates must supply a criminal background check)
4. Over 23 years of age and in good health
5.Previous teaching experience or a TEFL certificate is preferable although not essential.
6.Lively, outgoing character, comfortable around young learners and children
7.Able to work on own initiative, with proven problem solving skill
8.Have a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
9. Working hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. Full time 40 hours per week

Salary and benifits:
12,000RMB - 18,000RMB/month or more
Single non-shared furnished apartment or housing allowance provided
