Job Requirements

1. Native English speaker with standard, authentic pronunciation;
2. Candidates with a minimum of two years’ junior high school teaching experience will be prioritized.

Salary & Benefits

1. Gross monthly salary ranges from RMB 15,000 to 18,000 during semesters. The tentative monthly salary for winter and summer vacations is RMB 5,000; higher vacation pay is negotiable for applicants with outstanding qualifications.
2. Complete five social insurances will be provided.
3. Teaching load: 24 classes in total with rotational teaching arrangement, bringing low work pressure.
4. Accommodation: Free on-campus dormitory available, or housing allowance for off-campus living.
5. Starting date: Late August.

Interview Process

1. Submission of application documents at first;
2. Followed by online interview or demo lesson.

薪资与福利

1. 学期内税前月薪15000-18000元；寒暑假基础薪资暂定每月5000元，资质优异者可协商上调；
2. 足额缴纳五险社保；
3. 课时安排：共计24个教学班，实行走班教学模式，工作压力小；
4. 住宿方案：校内免费公寓，也可选择校外自主住宿并领取住房补贴；
5. 入职时间：8月底到岗。
