Job Responsibilities:
1 Organizing learning material and resources; designing, creating and
developing lesson plans to implement in classes.
2 Using a variety of activities and different teaching methods to motivate and
stimulate student to learn.
3 Assisting students in all activities throughout the day (e.g. mealtime, outdoor
activities, single subject classes, etc.). Maintaining the safety and security of
students throughout the day.
4 Observing, assessing, and reporting on the progresses of the students; filing
documentation of students' learning outcome and progresses.
5 Maintaining the working areas (e.g. Montessori and other working areas).
6 Maintaining an open line of communication with lead teachers to reach
academic goals, being able to cooperating with co-teachers and providing
constructive feedback to lead teacher and administration.
7 Creating positive and appropriate classroom environment.
8 Following and complying with teaching standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in English major or TESOL/TEFL;
2. Having experience to study or work abroad will have priority;
3. Teaching license or Language Teaching Certificate is preferred;
4. Willingness to work in a collaborative environment; enthusiasm for education;
sense of responsibility and patience for students are required.
5. ESL teaching experience is preferred.
