Work Schedule and Conditions overview:

• Work Schedule: 35 Working Hours (22 Teaching Hours, 13 office hours), 2 days' off per week
• Student Age: 4-17 years old
• Vacation: National Holidays + one Christmas holiday
• Salary: RMB10,000-17,000 per month before tax. Tax will be about 5% of the monthly salary.
• School Type: After-school training center
• Other Support: Pick-up from airport; professional, fun, and exciting work environment; quality teaching facilities and teaching resources.
• Start Date: October, 2019
• Contract Length: 13 months with option for renewal
• Location: Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, China

Additional Salary Information: We have a well-rounded bonus system for particularly talented and experienced teachers. On top of the salary, we also offer the following additional bonuses: * 50 RMB for each customized class, such like overseas tests(IELTS/AP/SAT/TOEFL etc.), business English, traveling English etc. * 100 RMB for each sign-ups after the DEMO classes * 300 RMB for the monthly sales target achievement * 500 RMB for a new self-developed demonstration class. * 3,000+ RMB allowance for your work visa * 3,000 RMB for travelling allowance after 12-month’s contract * 8,000 RMB of flight allowance
