Secondary School ESL and Drama Teacher

Essential Requirements:
1.Preferably, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through an education degree or equivalent, such as iPGCE/PGCE.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified teacher.
3.Native English Speaker, fluent in spoken and written English.
4.Love of teaching and working with young people.
5. Ability to ensure that marking, recording, assessment and reporting meet the academic and pastoral needs of each individual student.
6. Willingness to make a full contribution to the extracurricular programme.
7 Ability to build good relationships with students, parents and colleagues and demonstrate effective communication skills.
8. Resilience, adaptability, patience, flexibility, a hard-working attitude, and a commitment to teamwork which are all essential requirements inside a bi-lingual school.

Salary and Benefit:
1. Base salary CNY 22,000-30,000 RYB
2. Housing allowance provided by the school (gross amount CNY 4,000 per month)
3. Full salary for Summer & Winter holidays, Public holidays, Christmas-one week, Easter Day, 7 days paid sick leave
