Based in Guangzhou, China, Win-Win Education Group with its subsidiary XinQiXiang Culture & Education Industrial Co. Ltd. has been focusing on the development and promotion of foreign language teaching products since 1993. We operate across the private and public sectors, offering various English as a Second Language (EFL) teaching & learning services, including English text materials publishing, school teacher trainings, private schooling, English talent competitions, international projects, and Kids English TV channels, etc.
The role of the ESL Teacher is to:
- Instruct students age 4-15 in the English language
- Working hours: Office hours and 25 classes per week averagely
- Participate in social activities with students organized by educational center
- Develop lesson plans and contributing to existing curriculum
- Attend meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars
- Evaluate student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
