Job Description:

• Preparing and teaching English lessons according to YES standard;
• Lesson planning and curriculum development when requested;
• Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance;
• Counseling students;
• Participating in the school’s teaching program including STEAM courses;
• Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by YES;
• Attend meeting and seminars organized by YES;
• Other tasks given by ES.

Remuneration Package:

• 5 working days: RMB14K-18K/month;
• Extra pay for overtime work, YES reserves the right to arrange extra teaching hours;
• Housing allowance;
• Year airfare ( according to the actual expense within the valid period of the contract);
• Contract renewal bonus, confirmation needed one month in advance

IV. Employee benefits:

• first year 11 days public holidays;
• second year with an addition of 5-day annual leave
