Elite Education Group is an academic consulting company focusing on providing international education services. It is Forbes the only designated international education partner in China. Currently, Elite Education Group maintains partnerships with many academic institutions in Britain and USA, and has co-operations with many Chinese academic institutions as well. Elite Education Academy has world-wide operations in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Henan, Cambridge UK, and Boston USA.

At present, Elite Education Group is looking for full-time and part-time teachers in Shanghai. We are looking for teachers with teaching experience in classrooms and/or one –on-one tutoring. All applicants must be willing to sign a minimum one year contract.

The salary will depend on individual and will be upon discussion during the interview. The employee shall be employed by the employer as a Foreign ESL teacher, among
other duties.

The employee agrees to accept the employer’s supervision and instructions, to
carry out work pursuant to this JD, to maintain a good attitude, to take care
of students’ safety during class and any other activities, and to maintain the
school’s teaching standards.

Teacher’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Target students aged from 12 to 18;
*Implementing classroom preparation, instruction, and management;
*Writing all teaching plans and designing of the ESL cirriculum as well as Parent Communication and Report Cards;
*Marking all teaching materials accurately and regularly, explicitly following
the instructions of the Academic Manager and Principal;
*Accepting teaching guidance from the Academic Director and Senior Teacher
if applicable;
*Disciplining students fairly and consistently;
*Following school policies and cooperating with staff;
*Handing out promotional pamphlets and holding open classes during student
recruitment periods;
*Teaching demo classes for student recruitment;
