Qualifications
1. Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree or above.
2. More than two years of related teaching experience is preferred.
3. Loves and understands kids as well as enjoys interacting with them. Must be responsible and have a passion for teaching children.
4. Teaching licenses/certificates (TEFL/TESOL) are preferred.
5. Clean criminal background check.


Details of Position:
1.Location:Taizhou, Jiangsu Province
2. Contract period: one year.
3.Job Position: Kindergarten English teacher.
4.Class Size: 20- 26 students per class.
5.Work Time: 8:00am-5: 00 pm, Monday to Friday
6.Expected arrival time: The sooner, the better
7.Job responsibilities:
(1) Planning and delivering lessons to young learners (ages 4-6)
(2) Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
(3) Use a variety of appropriate teaching and caring methods to ensure high-quality learning takes place.
(4) Lead English lessons during scheduled times, provide an immersive English-speaking environment throughout the day
(5) Monitor student progress and maintain a portfolio for each student.
(6) Maintain good relationships with parents and keep them well-informed about their student's progress.


Employment package
1. Basic salary starting from 14000rmb to 15000rmb per month AFTER tax (depending on experience and quality)
2. Provide free accommodation or housing allowance RMB1,500 monthly.
3. Full Attendance bonus: RMB100 per month
4. Travel allowance:RMB 2,200 after the fulfillment of the contract
4. Half paid winter holiday. Summer vacation is not paid.
