◆About us:
Winner Education is a fast-growing children education group began from Fujian province. Established in 2012, our english teaching schools have spread across eastern coastal region of China. All our learning centers are located in the newly popular shopping malls in first-tier cities.
With the advanced teaching system and the professional team, Winner Education is becoming one of the best brands of children English learning in south-eastern China. We are trying our best to bring the authentic teaching material, mix teaching methods and active learning environment to our students. We believe that learning English for kids is not only about the improvement of language ability, but also a bridge to build up connection between east and west.
We currently have an experienced English teaching team consisting of both local teachers and native-level English speaking teachers. Mix-cultrual working environment is respected and appreciated in Winner Education. In every learning center, we offer Full-English teaching classes to children aged 2-15. We hope you have the same enthusiam to children education as us.

●What we offer?
→ Full-support is given prior to and upon arrival in China, including visa sponsorship, arriving welcome at airport, assistance of setting down and first two days city tour.
→ High standard of working environment in the city area, and a friendly, family-like working atmosphere.
→ Competitive salary depending on the qualification and teaching experience, and the salary rise is planned.
→ Housing allowance is additionally provided.
→ An annual bonus and a paid vacation are guaranteed after first year contract.
→ No more than 40 hours of working, with no more than 25 hours of teaching. Extra pay for overtime hours (negotiable).
→ 2 days off per week. Paid statutory holidays.
→ Seasonal team activities, such as BBQ, hiking, watching movies and travel.
●Who are we looking for?
□ Native-level English speakers with Bachelor degree in any subject. 2+ years teaching experience or TESOL certificate is desirable but not necessary.
□ Enthusiastic tutors taking a genuine interest in children’s development and being capable of teaching in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
□ Team players who can get along well with colleagues, and are willing to participate schools activities.
□ Committing 1 year contract, absolutely you're welcome to stay longer!
□ NO criminal record, NO smoking and NO alcohol addicted.
