ESL teachers needed in Beijing ,buy air ticket for teachers/with house allowance /apartment and Working visa / Social Insurance

Hi there , this is a private English training school and kindergarten . We have 15 branches in China.
Students age : 3-12 years old
classes sides: 1 on 1 tutoring and small group (5-10students in one class)
Schedule : 10-23 teaching hours per week

Salary : 12000---16000 monthly ( basic salary + bonus+allowance)
House allowance or Free apartment
Social insurance
Year end bonus (500-10000rmb )
Demo bonus (100-1500rmb monthly)
Students renew contract bonus (1200-3000rmb monthly)
Provide working visa
Paid holiday ( Chinese national holiday+3 days paid holiday)
airticket bonus (6000)
We could pay the teacher air ticket from abroad to China .

Requirements:

1. Native English speakers from USA, UK, Canada, Australia ,Newsland
2. TESOL of TEFL certificate prefer ( not necessary )
3. Easy-going, cooperative and honest
4. Be punctual and active in the classroom
5. Love kids
6. Stable for 1 year at least
