You will be responsible for the overall technical service and staff administration, including contractors, day-to-day operations, maintenance works of building systems in a government public rental housing estate. You will work closely with the estate management team to ensure efficient and effective operations of the estate.

Qualifications and Experience:

A practicing member of one of the following professional institutions with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in which at least one year shall be in building maintenance in Hong Kong. Practical working experience in government public rental housing estates will be an added advantage.  

• The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);
• The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);
• The Hong Kong Institute of Architects;
• The Royal Institution of British Architects;
• The Institute of Civil Engineers;
• The Institution of Structural Engineers;
• The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Disciplines).
