Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide End User Computer (EUC) day-to-day support, inclusive of Office IT systems, PC hardware / software / connectivity and BYOD users; and
  • To assist the VDI Project deployment includes user management, profile migration, data migration, troubleshooting and inventory management,
  • To assist in setting up workstation or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation/relocation and perform site preparation work;
  • To assist in managing the EUC inventory, security control support, IT helpdesk / incidents;
  • To execute security control support and action in response to IT incidents;
  • To perform evaluation and testing on different PC models and software;
  • Maintenance of desktop PC, VDI, patches, Windows updates, etc.;
  • Assist in Mobile Device Management by setting up of mobile computing device / equipment includes smartpone

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in EUC support;
  • Hands on experience in VDI (VMWare), Microsoft Office and Outlook Applications (troubleshooting & problem solving) and VPN
  • Familiar with PC / Laptop / Phone / Mobile phone / Thin Client;
  • VIP (Senior Management) support experience is a plus
  • Good analytical, PC / device trouble shooting, and problem solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
  • Mature, dynamic, work independent and self-motivated
  • Good spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus.

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 18:00

  • Tsing Yi – HTT Office
  • Shatin – EG Office
  • Kwai Hing – Watson Center
