Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage in-house project teams in pitching and producing events, exhibitions and installations for high-end fashion and jewelry brands
• Manage the development, scripting and presentation of creative proposals
• Ensure clear communication to the client throughout the project production process regarding roles and responsibilities, budget, schedules and program status
• Project budget creation & management

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder or above with 5+ years of current luxury brand or corporate event experience
• International events experience is advantageous
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
• Capable of working to tight deadlines
• Capable of working in high pressure situations
• Confident and engaging communicator and presenter
• In-depth knowledge of technical and logistical aspects of production
• Highly organized, with flawless attention to details
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Producer
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
