Main Responsibilities

• Handle guest invitation for well-known forums, conferences and events
• Deal with high-level corporate clients through outbound telephone contacts
• Work with information provided from various marketing sources
• Manage targets as per project requirements
• Maintain process standards to ensure smooth workflow and good relations with other
• Departments/Project Managers
• Database management, entry data and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the database system
• Provide feedback on any market situation, relevant to the project being handled
• Manage and help operation team onsite on event day
• Working hours: Mon- Fri 09:30-18:00 (7.5 hours)

Requirements

• Secondary education/ HKDSE or above in any discipline
• Typing speed of 38 w.p.m. or above would be preferred
• Responsible, detail minded, independent
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be a plus
• Professional phone manner & excellent communication skills
• Working experience in telemarketing is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Knowledge in MS Acess is a plus
• Result orientated, initiative, good team player, positive team attitude
• Hourly rate HK$65.00 to HK$80.00, based on experience
• Strong language skills in Japanese, Thai or Vietnamese would get higher salary
• Available from now for one to two months, the outstanding performer may consider to be permanent staff
• Immediately available
