Calzedonia and Intimissimi Event Specialist

LOCAL EVENTS AND MARKETING MATERIALS PROMOTIONS:

• Organize Marketing promotion and events in store working closely to the commercial and event team

• Connecting offline marketing promotion and events in store always in an integrated communication plan working closely with PR manager and Digital/E-commerce manager

• Track competitors’ events and manage innovative ideas as a leader in the category

• Provide analysis & reporting on events & activities to evaluate their overall effectiveness

• Constantly review the planning and achievement proposing changes based on new trends

• Translation and production of marketing materials for in store activities and events

• Organization of the marketing and events materials among stores within different cities in China

• Contact and research of new suppliers to get the best offers for partnership and different collaboration/production (gadget, materials, catering, etc.)

• Coordinating with internal Graphic designer for production of the marketing and events materials

• Manage project timelines for assigned project within the overall year plan

• Brainstorm with team to create innovative communication and strategies to elevate and evolve the brand

Internal Communications:

• Work closely with members of communication team for targeted marketing campaigns, retail activations, new media and PR/Digital campaigns.

• Optimize communication flow between internal departments and provide them with appropriate communications materials to support their needs.

• Keep close contacts with relevant departments at Headquarters.

• Coordinate activities & exchange of best practices.

• Exchange information on product launch & performance.

• Travel support requested for International meeting and events organization within China

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• University degree or above

• At least 2 years of event management and execution experience in a related field;
