Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage in-house production and technical aspects of events, exhibitions and installations for high-end fashion and jewelry brands
• Work together with account management and design teams to plan and manage projects
• Produce and develop specifications of all scenic and technical elements of assigned projects
• Develop and manage construction and technical drawings of assigned projects with our in-house CAD team
• Produce and develop production schedules for assigned projects
• Implement, supervise and manage the execution for all production on site
• Provide production costs to account management team and manage production budget
• Manage, negotiate and coordinate with vendor
• Evaluate vendors and partners' performance and delivery

Qualification Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience in producing events and exhibitions
• Skilled at technical drawing with AutoCAD would be highly preferable
• Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English. Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous
• Strong responsibility, self-motivated and can work under high pressure
• Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Familiar with the Set, staging, lighting, sound & AV systems
• Passionate about the job and willing to work flexible hours
• Travelling is required
