Objectives
Provides comprehensive and professional support to EVP HR&Admin regarding the administrative tasks, cross-functional business related matters and project coordination, ensure smooth internal and external communication.
Task Designation
Support EVP and keep EVP office in efficient daily operation
-Provide administrative support, including work calendar management, travels and expense claims in an efficient and effective way
-Conduct quality documents pre-check and tracking
-Signature and chop management
-Organize and governance team meetings
-Prepare speech, presentation, reporting, interpretation and translation on regular basis
-Divisional governance and topic management, including divisional OP, budget and organization coordination.
-Organize regular (semi annual) divisional team activities
Prepare regular business reports & documents, ensure smooth communication & information sharing with business partners.
-Prepare regular documents and reports for internal and external counterparts
-Drive and ensure smooth communication and coordination with HR&Admin. division, e.g., info. cascading, organization of divisional workshops and staff activities
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and shareholders to ensure the internal process/communication efficiency
Support EVP on other specific projects.
Involve and support other ad-hoc functional or cross-functional business projects in an agile way
Company and cross-department activities and events arrangement and coordination
Other ad-hoc EVP office tasks
