Job Description
Desde un enfoque multisegmento, siguiendo la estrategia de Distribución del país, será su misión impulsar el crecimiento con los Preferred Partners asignados en su zona. Atenderá la zona Centro-Sur: desde Madrid hasta Andalucía y parte de Levante. Será su foco principal 4-5 distribuidores Premium y su foco secundario en el resto de partners Premium y Autorizados de su zona. Deberá implementar acuerdos marco, incluidos bonus, en coordinación con el Country Leader, la Dirección Financiera y la dirección de Ventas de Distribución. Ejecutará y dará seguimiento al Programa Power Advantage en los Preferred partners de su zona, en cooperación con Marketing de Canal. Mantendrá una cadencia incrementada de visitas en los puntos de venta y las Centrales de los grupos, llevando a cabo business reviews con el propietario / director. Visitará los puntos de venta seleccionados para anticipar y resolver problemas de forma proactiva desde una visión multiproducto. Realizará el seguimiento (BR) y apoyo a los Co-fundings (cuando los haya). Será responsable del Forecast y de aspectos como el crédito. Qualifications - Conocimiento del mercado de la distribución eléctrica. - Visión estratégica. - Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y coordinación con el resto de los equipos comerciales. - Capacidad de comunicación y negociación a múltiples niveles (Dirección comercial, dirección de compras, personal de ventas y almacén...). - Empatía para anticipar problemas y ofrecer soluciones viables. - Valorable, experiencia en la gestión y desarrollo de Distribuidores. - Valorable conocimiento de ingles - Lugar de residencia preferente Madrid o alrededores. #LI-PL1 What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
