Location: Reputable British International School, Chongqing, China
Contract Period: November 2025 – 30th June 2026
Salary Range: 25,000 – 30,000 RMB per month (pre-tax)

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Class Teacher to join our reputable British international school in Chongqing. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality early childhood education following the British curriculum, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for early years students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support individual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership to ensure each child’s holistic development.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and follow school policies.

Requirements
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Qualified teacher status (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching early years (ages 3-5) in a structured setting.
- Strong understanding of the British EYFS curriculum or equivalent.
- Passionate about child-centered learning and creating a positive classroom culture.
- Culturally aware, adaptable, and committed to working in an international school.
