Siemens DISW offers two premier new graduate programs: the Associates Rotation Engineer Program and the Atlas Graduate Program. Associate Rotation Engineer Program Overview The Associate Rotation Engineer Program is open to recent college graduates that have completed a Bachelor or Master’s in the following specializations: Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Chemical Engineering Material Science Engineering Additional requirements: Must be open to relocation Two years or less of work experience SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, Calibre, Virtuoso, IC Layout is a plus We understand that graduating from your university and transitioning to full-time employment is an adjustment, so this program will help guide you. Through this program, new engineers will receive 12 months of developmental training. This training will include technical and non-technical training courses. You will work with Siemens EDA executives and world-class engineers and learn what it is like to work as part of a company that is solving challenges in the area of electronic design automation. Program Outcomes Upon successful completion of this 12-month training program, you will be eligible to advance into one of these organizations. Post program opportunities include Field Application Engineer, Corporate Applications Engineer and Technical Marketing Engineer positions. Atlas Graduate Program Overview The Atlas Graduate Program is open to recent college graduates that have completed a Bachelor’s in the following specializations: Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Experience in C/C++, or Python Additional requirements: SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, FPGA, Tcl, Tk, Verification, Simulation, Data Structures, or Algorithms is a plus Must be open to relocation As a graduate in the program, you will be an integral part of the Siemens EDA product development team. You will use your background to take on a role in software development, embedded software engineering, or product design.
