Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the curriculum design
• Provide instruction that is consistent and coordinated with school’s instructional program so as to ensure that students meet and exceed learning targets
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies
• Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area

5 Adapt curriculum to provide individual, small group, and/or remedial instruction as to meet the needs of individual students and subgroups of students

• Employ a variety of proven, research-based techniques and strategies for effective classroom management, lesson planning, active student engagement, and instructional delivery to meet different aptitudes and interests of students
• Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages student responsibility and incorporates challenging instructional strategies Supervises students in activities during the assigned working day.

Application Requirements

All candidates must:

1) be a native English speaker and passport holder from one of the following countries: US; UK; Ireland; Canada; Australia; New Zealand; and

2)have a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in education or related areas, and

3)have a TEFL/TESOL 120 hours certificate or equivalent English language teaching certificate, and

4)have a clear criminal record

Preference will be given to those who have early childhood education experience.

Apart from openings in Hangzhou, we also have an opening in Nanchang, Jiangxi province. Application is open throughout the year.
