International Kindergarten in Beijing Haidian District Seeks Native English Teacher
Position: Early Childhood English Teacher (Toddler Class)
Start Date: Before March 2026 (Start of Semester)
About the School:
We are a private international kindergarten located in Beijing's prestigious Haidian District, dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education for children aged 1.5-3 years.
Requirements:
• Native English speaker
• Female candidates only
• Under 40 years of age
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience, including at least 1 year in kindergarten/early childhood settings
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: 26,000-29,000 RMB/month (pre-tax, inclusive of 800 RMB housing allowance)
• Housing Support: Apartments available in the surrounding area for 5,000-6,000 RMB/month
• Paid Leave: After completing 3 months probation:
• Winter break: 5 days
• Annual leave: 5-10 days (5 days for Years 1-2; 7 days for Years 3-5; 10 days for Year 6+), released in batches
