Position: Early Childhood English Tutor
Location: Shanghai (Home Visits)
Type: Part-time/Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging 1:1 English sessions for children aged 1.5-6 years
• Design age-appropriate lessons incorporating songs, games, and sensory activities
• Develop basic phonics awareness and foundational vocabulary through play
• Collaborate with parents to align teaching with developmental milestones
• Maintain progress records and provide regular feedback to families
• Ensure safe, stimulating learning environments during home visits

Requirements
▸ Native/Near-native English proficiency (Clear enunciation essential)
▸ 1+ years experience teaching early childhood (ESL preferred)
▸ Degree in Education/Child Development or related certification (TESOL/TEFL)
▸ Natural ability to engage very young learners (patience & enthusiasm required)
▸ Understanding of toddler cognitive/social development stages
▸ Flexible schedule (availability for weekday afternoons/weekend mornings)
▸ Valid work visa for China
