Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive classes based on daily schedule, with non-teaching hours dedicated to:
• Classroom observation & progress reports
• Parent communication & lesson preparation
• Collaborating with Marketing on open-house events

Design multi-disciplinary lessons with expertise in 2+ areas: Arts (visual/music), STEM, Sports, or Nature

Incorporate parent education components to demonstrate activity value & parenting principles

Prioritize child-centered engagement (active interaction over passive supervision)

Requirements:

Passion for early childhood development (1-3 years)

Ability to teach both children and parents

Creative & energetic teaching style

Package:

28K-30K/month (pre-tax, including housing stipend & bonuses)

10 days annual leave (no summer/winter breaks)
