Job Description
Program Overview: The Eaton Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a three-year program that involves two unique, 12-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in Engineering area, first year in Vehicle sector second year in Electrical Sector of Eaton. The main job role will be in product development using mechanical and systems knowledge for mechanical components and electro hydraulic components. This position will start in the Vehicle group in Prague or in Torino. The program is planned to start beginning of September 2023. After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths within the engineering function. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (electrical/electronic engineering, power electronics, system engineering) with a graduation date no later than August 2023 Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience) Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program Ability to speak a second language Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
