This position will act as a liaison to support the Hiring Team and the Early Talent Programs Managers with the administration, management, and execution of various program related processes. The incumbent will be a member of the Global HR Shared Services (HRSS) team in the Philippines This exciting role offers opportunity to: Conducts kick off meeting or sends the requisition checklist for those which do not require one with the hiring team for newly approved requisitions Partner with the Hiring Team for the initial processing of new applicants to all Early Talent program requisitions. Assess talent and calibrate to Eaton’s hiring standards and program qualifications Act as a recruiting strategic partner, partner with North America Early Talent team and hiring team to ensure the process of identifying, recruiting, and screening potential candidates for SB95 roles is managed efficiently Identifies candidates within open requisitions folder and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements Conducts phone screening with candidates using standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into Taleo/HOP (if needed) Recommends top candidates to the hiring team Liaises with hiring team on a weekly basis as needed to shift and adjust recruiting priorities by requisition Assists with formatting and posting newly approved requisitions to in Taleo/HOP, ensuring that quality guidelines around accuracy and procedure are met Coordinates the research of advertisements (e.g. print, radio, etc.) and executes those advertisement strategies per recruiter and hiring team recommendations Partner with the Hiring Team to ensure all early talent program requisitions (e.g. Local Interns, Coop) are successfully posted to all necessary university career sites Qualifications If you have: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or relevant BPO experience Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal) Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Monday – Friday Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park) Preferred Qualifications Attributes Experience in HR Shared Services, talent acquisition, early talent, or university career services Experience in a fast-paced, high volume work environment Experience in RPO/BPO set up We are currently temporarily working from home.
