Job Description

Eaton’s Early Talent CoE is currently seeking an Early Talent Senior Analyst to join our team. This position will be based out of our Beachwood, OH location. 

 

Position Overview:
 

The Early Talent Senior Analyst is a member of the Early Talent CoE, which supports Eaton’s growth strategy by ensuring a high-quality, diverse, sustainable pipeline of talent to meet current and future business needs. Reporting directly to the OPEX Manager, the Early Talent Sr. Analyst’s primary responsibility is to support the Campus Managers and the Early Talent Programs Managers with the administration, management and execution of various program related processes. The incumbent will be a member of the Early Talent Programs COE which is responsible for all Early Talent programs within the U.S.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination and Management:  Support Campus Managers and Program Managers by owning and coordinating campus events, second round interview events, onboarding and orientation. Includes direct communication and coordination of Talent Scout Network and candidates, securing event speakers and support staff, and communication with internal and external vendors for all aspects of each event.
  • On Campus Interviews:  Manage on campus interview process of confirming interviewers for campus interviews; monitoring interview schedule; distributing all interview materials including interview guides and other related information needed to conduct interviews; collecting interview results; providing Campus Managers with information necessary to make 2nd round selections.  Coordinate and/or initiate process improvements for all previous mentioned processes.
  • On-boarding/Relocation/Off-boarding - ensure a smooth start-up for participants at all locations and assist program manager with administration of off-boarding activities for graduating program participants
  • Projects:  Lead or participate in department continuous improvement initiatives as directed.
  • Performance Management - assist with coordination, administration and completion tracking of performance management activities for program participants
  • Training & Development - schedule and coordinate functional or sector-sponsored technical skills workshops and Talent Reviews for participants and assignment managers of development programs.
  • Process Improvement – Track program performance metrics; assist with benchmarking other programs; streamline and improve all processes involved in program talent acquisition, assignment management, conference/training event execution, etc.
  • Assignment Request Process - support annual assignment request process
  • Intern & CO-OP Program-provide support for assignment placement, conversion placement into full-time programs, and end of assignment reviews

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices.   The annual salary range for this role is $74,880 -$102,960 a year.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
