This bilingual school is looking for a Head of Early Years to join them in August 2019 or January 2020. They are looking for applications from well-qualified and experienced candidates with an Honours Degree and PGCE/QTS (Master Degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years working experience in education. Applicants should also have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a school at a senior level with large financial budgets, knowledge of UK education system and understanding of international independent education. They would also prefer candidates who have strong pedagogical knowledge and understanding, skill with words, who are highly fluent and personable communicators, articulate and persuasive, skilled with numbers, financially astute and commercially sharp, with the ability to build and develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. They seek someone with Intellectual commercial and educational judgement, combined with strong intellect and analytical ability, with a practical/constructional “can do” approach/pragmatic and a community appreciation& commitment to collegiate life, values& aims.

The school offers a unique learning opportunity that combines an outstanding Chinese curriculum experience with a world class British education offering Early Years education. The school follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Salary will be in line with teachers' experience and qualifications and will be paid in local currency. Other benefits include a housing allowance, medical insurance, bonus at the end of 2 years contract and airfares for staff and their dependants.
