This international bilingual K-12 School is looking for a Kindergarten 1 Teacher to join them at their Chengdu school in August 2020. They seek a generalist who has experience with or a willingness to adopt an inquiry driven classroom pedagogy.

The school opened as a Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 school in 2016. It is a day school with boarding facilities and offers a strong bilingual program, embracing the Chinese national curriculum standards structured within the IB framework. They are a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, pursuing authorization as an IB World School. The employ international inquiry-based teaching and learning methods while integrating holistically with the Chinese National Curriculum. Pupils enjoy a vibrant after-school activities program, with many activities on offer, such as drama, music, sports and the like. Activities are offered by teachers as well as outside providers and they look for teachers who are willing to be involved with such activities.

Teachers must be certified in teaching in their home countries with a minimum of a Bachelors in Teaching or Bachelors in their own field + teaching certification.
