Position: Early Years / Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Hangzhou, China
Start Date: Late February

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years / Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Hangzhou from late February. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the kindergarten curriculum

Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment

Observe, assess, and document students’ progress and development

Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress

Participate in school meetings, professional development, and school activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of full-time kindergarten / early years teaching experience

Relevant degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field

Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, TEFL/TESOL with Early Years focus, or equivalent) is preferred

Genuine passion for working with young children

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
