Job Description

Performance Objective

-Timely commercial reports and analysis.

-Coordination between departments and teams to achieve overall strategy.

-Management of commercial incentives, rebates and sales orders


Principal Responsibility

-Assist regional sales director in commercial administrative work.

-Responsible for commercial team sales performance and KPI reporting and analysis for decision-making level.

-Be responsible for the management of the expenditure, including travel business fee, entertainment fee, ad promotion expenditure and office daily expenses for regional commercial team.

-Establish a good relationship with team members and distributors as to ensure a successful cooperation.

Reporting Lines

Reports to (Solid line): Associate Regional Sales Director

Leadership Responsibilities: Sales Administration – Region East


Number Supervised:

  • Age:25-35 years old

-Residence: Living and working in Shanghai

-Language skill:Good in speaking,listening,writing and reading skills in both Chinese and English.

-Computer Skills:Excel in SAP, Salesforce and skilled in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and PPT)

-Education background: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce related)

-Working experience: At least having more than 2 years in consumer goods industry

-Preferred condition: Good communication skill, Commercial reports and analysis ability.

-Personality and ability: Self-inspired, responsible, having team-spirit, warm and gentle, having the ability to work in a fast paced environment
