Position Summary:

The position is responsible for LV drive product marketing activities aiming at gaining market share in profitable way, ensure right products available for targeted market within best occasion, and driving 4P plan with sales team to achieve sales/profit target.

Responsibilities:

Market research and business intelligence

• Collaborate
  with country industry business team and IC&D VSD activity, to make
  market analysis and investigation for VSD offer.
• Prepare
  regular business intelligence report for VSD product and key segments.
• Recommend
  economically and strategically viable products satisfy customer
  requirements as outlined in the market research programs

Offer marketing management

1. Be responsible for VSD offer marketing management, including 4P/4C and work with country to make suitable commercial policy to ensure profitability.

2. New offer definition, positioning, launch and promotion, working closely with sales team, drive right product at right time.

3. Lead the evolution of existing offers, based on the requirement collected from front
offices and the insights gained from market study.

4. Set target segment strategy, implement with sales to build up a good business model,
push& drive business growth.

5. Daily activities regarding existing products including forecasting, sales collateral, and sales support activities, customer visits, and internal meetings or events. Responsible for accurate forecasting of product requirements for manufacturing build schedules.

6. Mange quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement：

1. Minimum of 5 years of related sales/marketing/application experience with machine automation technical background. Experience with VSD products and applications is
preferable.

2. A thorough understanding of marketing principles, theories and concepts.

3. Knowledge and experience of channel-lead business model

4. Strong innovation, active thinking and coordination capability, keen insight.

5. Good communication and presentation skills.

6. Fluent English communication capability.
