Position Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to join the Industrial Sector team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for providing HR support to your assigned client groups, with a focus on driving exceptional talent acquisition processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will work with the Senior Human Resources Manager to deploy HR programs aligned to our integrated talent strategy and organizational goals. This is a part-time role that will be in Beachwood, OH. Alternatively, working remotely is an option. Role Responsibilities: Support the life cycle of the recruitment process for all assigned functions ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Assist team members in understanding and applying HR tools to improve organization performance through enhanced employee engagement and leader effectiveness. Partner with business leaders to ensure performance management tools are fully utilized to support people's development and to strengthen organizational capability. Promote and support positive employee relations and an environment of open communication and trust. Conduct employee information and training sessions and participate in functional team meetings. Champion the use of HR technology, including the use of internal talent systems and applications, learning / development programs, and digital / cloud-based platforms. Proactively prepare and present regular HR reports, incorporating key HR metrics to support strategic initiatives. Manage day-to-day operational and administrative components of the HR function and multiple projects in alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Currently possess or will have obtained a Master or MBA degree with a focus in Human Resources from an accredited institution by August 2022. Minimum of 1 prior internship or work experience in a Human Resources function. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant HR work experience and/or HR Internship experience. Leadership aptitude and desire to build a career in human resources in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. We make what matters work.
