Job Description
Internship Scope: Supporting the Electrical Sector COO and Senior Leadership Team, this role will have an opportunity to gain a global and wide strategic perch to the inner workings of one of today’s largest and most successful intelligent power management companies. During the tenure of this internship, this role will be responsible for delving further into our global workforce (in particular our Gen Z employees) and supporting external communications initiatives, including social media campaigns. Specific Internship Project Components: Review social media analytics for COO and Eaton brand channels, generate insights for strategic changes and optimizations. Audit ES Intranet sites and provide recommendations Lead Gen Z project based on employee survey data, including facilitating roundtable meetings and conversations. Lead project in understanding how do we get key data all the way to the shopfloor/non-connected employees (possible travel included). Participate in shadow engagements with brand and/or electrical product marketing experts for a holistic marketing approach. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: At least 2 years of undergraduate school completed. Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Cleveland, OH Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher. Preferred Qualifications: Strong writing and presentation skills. Ability to manage complex and sensitive information.
