Position Overview: The Technical Sales Leadership Development Program is within Eaton’s Electrical Sector and incorporates field sales training with challenging product and leadership training. This rotational program will provide exposure to multiple sales roles in U.S. Eaton sales offices. Participants will learn to sell electrical products and solutions, and bring value to distributors, contractors, consultants and end customers. Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements): Currently possesses, or will have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or Marketing from an accredited institution with a graduation date no later than August 2022. Minimum of one internship or co-op experience completed at the time of this application. Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship. Geographical flexibility to relocate within the United States for the duration of the Development Program. Preferred Qualifications: Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community. 2 or more relevant Internships or Co-op experiences. Ability to speak second language. Position Criteria: Ability to relocate to Asheville, NC for first program rotation. Ability to relocate to a district sales office within the United States for second program rotation. This role may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region as determined by the Technical Sales assignment manager. This role may require the employee to maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license. Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The starting salary for this role is $68,000/year. This rate may be subject to adjustment based on location and cost of living adjustment.
