Are you excited to join one of the leaders in the IT world? As the Reservations & Forecasting Coordinator you will support the product availability functions in a dynamic e-commerce environment. You will demonstrate the insight, communication and flexibility required as a team player to assist in all areas of product planning, enablement, availability and promotional execution. You will assist in managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly product demand. Your responsibilities will be:  Help evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly performance against plan and take corrective actions where necessary  Forecasting, parts reservation management, supply planning  Help grow product categories to grow the e-commerce business  Help plan and manage product transitions  Good understanding of product life cycle management  Assist in analysis and reporting of product availability and ‘Weeks-of- Inventory’.  Analyzing weekly sales figures to identify opportunities and discrepancies  Ensure product planning aligns with our customer centric focus  Assist in the development and reporting of performance metrics  Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that processes are in place to support accurate and efficient product planning #### Position Requirements:  1 years of supply planning and forecasting  Minimum 2-3 years Product Management experience preferably in a technology, consumer electronics or e-commerce environment.  Strong background in developing and optimizing planning systems, processes and tools  Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.  Ability to partner with team-mates and peers, and other functional groups to achieve business objectives  Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives  Superior communication skills – oral, written and formal presentation skills with peers  Strong relationship building skills – collaborates effectively with others  Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm and commitment  Be flexible and adaptable Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, colour, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
