The EMEA Ecommerce Program Manager will help manage the creation and expansion
of Lenovo Ecommerce project and initiatives across 15 European countries.
This role requires a dynamic leader who is comfortable and effective at
influencing leadership teams to ensure that business objectives and P&L
targets are met.
The individual should use their experience, operations analysis skills,
creative thinking and ability to draw on past business experience to provide
creative and thoughtful solutions to these issues. This position requires the
individual to work efficiently and effectively with but not limited to; IT,
Web Development, 3rd party providers, Operations, Marketing, Logistics, legal
and Finance team members to deliver leadership offerings on-time. Individuals
will have the opportunity to work with and influence a variety of stakeholders
to drive transformational projects.

#### Position Requirements:
\- Expected to analyze and manage project detail while simultaneously aligning
the “big picture” project priorities with the priorities of the company.
\- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\- Working with and lead teams in multiple disciplines in multiple time zones.
\- Develop and maintain consistent communication and relationships with key
extended teams and stakeholders
\- Identify project problems (and/or risks) in advance so that they do not
create barriers to progress.
\- Excellent communication skills and strong process orientation
\- Knowledge and experience in the ecommerce sector a must.
\- Experience of logistics integrations and EDI an advantage.
\- Achieve schedules/milestones, ensure accuracy and quality of business
analysis, drive continuous process improvement
\- PMP certification a plus
