DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Ecommerce manager will be primarily responsible for leading E commerce activities in China and support all the other counties of Asia region. Responsibilities will include develop and enhance O2O business in China, maintenance and develop relationships with E commerce customers in China , business identifying e commerce growth drivers to achieve business objectives. Coordinators between internal organization and customers to achieve the business goal.

Business plan: Develop ebusiness development strategy and plan , lead the execution with sales team
Business model: Develop business model plan to seek more business
Marketing strategy: Effective design and implement digital marketing program/campaigns with customers closely
Operation Management : Manage all online E shops marketing activities, promotions, branding etc.
Online channel development and management :Develop and optimize Eco sys platform , online distributors and marketing channel
Maintenance and develop relationships with E commerce platform ,such as Tuhu, JD , Tmall
Key coordinators between internal organization( sales team , IT dept) and e commerce customers ,drive the customers need to be implemented within company ( like IT system connection with customers)
Data management with online e platform


REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce platforms operations management or integrated marketing experience, in automotive aftermarket area is a plus.
  • Good e commerce platform relationship in automotive aftermarket is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Data analysis skills and insight into user behavior
  • Excellent communication skills in English verbal and writing.
  • IT , digital eco system knowledge is a plus
  • Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships
  • Ability to function and work independently while supporting other functions co-located in the facility.
  • Personal drive, high self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals
