Job Mission:

Support Ecommerce business operations of official brand website and external platform store (Tmall) and bridge between internal and external teams.

You will report to the Ecommerce Supervisor.

Daily Responsibilities

• Clearly work with Third Party team to supervise daily operations.
• Daily QC store design and store functioning;
• Responsible for all online visuals (including paid media channels) in ecommerce platform and weekly briefing of sore design
• Communicate promotion details
• Supervise MCN planning

• Monitor sales data and track industry performance
• Working with Communication Department to align global campaigns
• Collaborate with Customer service department to track customer satisfaction
• Other tasks assigned to you

Required Skills

• Must have English (business) proficiency and native Chinese proficiency
• Sense of Fashion, aware of international and local trends
• Must have experience in fashion/beauty/luxury industry in Ecommerce/digital field
• Must have bachelor’s degree
• Proactive attitude, Time management skills, resourceful
